David Hussey (60), Non-Executive Chairman.
Joined Acertec plc in January 2007. Appointed as Chief Executive in June 2008 and then Executive Chairman in October 2008. He was previously Executive Director of Foseco plc and has held senior positions with Burmah Castrol plc in the UK and Germany.
Steve Kynaston (49), Group Finance Director.
Promoted from his role as Finance Director of Stadco Limited (‘Stadco’), which he has held since 1995. He was previously Finance Director of Hall & Pickles, a steel stockholding distributor, part of Hall Engineering Holdings plc.
Andrew Morriss (60), CEO - Stadco Division.
Joined Stadco in 1995. He previously held senior positions with Dexion Handling Systems and GEC Small Machines.
Greg MacLeod (49), Chief Restructuring Officer.
Joined Acertec in April 2009. Greg is a Partner of the MPC Group, a restructuring and private capital special situations investment and management company. Since founding MPC in 1994 he has been involved in more than 90 turnarounds in a large variety of industries in the UK, Continental Europe, the US and Australia.
